Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The swimming pool is open from June to September. If this solution is not available take a look at "Apt with Garden and swimming pool."

La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque induction, frigo, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière nespresso, lave linge, lave vaisselle. Une terrasse privative avec table, chaises, transats, parasol. wifi surtout le logement

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

All its guest can enjoy meals and "fareniente" on the terrace shaded by its white pergola. Some steps below and you're on the beautiful VIGNALE Beach where your can enjoy privacy sunbathing on deckchairs and of course relaxing sea swimmings. Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
