We have 2 bedrooms (2nd by request for 4 guests) + a portacot. We allow dogs, tick the pet button. We have a partial kitchen (no hot plates) with Weber bbq outside on the deck, bench space, sink, small fridge, convection microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, blender & sandwich maker. Relaxing sitting areas, inside & out.

It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi.
