Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with 4 different rooms for relaxing, recharging, enjoying, resting and lingering in nature. In two minutes you can be in the middle of the village center of Appenzell with its colorfully painted Appenzell houses. In a few minutes you can be directly at the train station. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking trails, climbing routes and exploring the surrounding area. Simply be in nature and enjoy it all. All prices (except visitor's tax) include VAT.

Various shopping facilities as well as interesting restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Das Studio befindet sich in einem typischen Appenzellerhaus (erbaut 1689). Dich erwartet eine Mischung aus moderner und traditioneller Einrichtung. Du bist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt, vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Bahnhof Appenzell entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit einem ausziehbaren 160cm breiten Bett. Ausserdem steht ein TV mit Netflix-Zugang zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die gemütliche Essecke ist zum Frühstücken ideal.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Geeignet für Velo und/oder Töff- Fahrer da sich unsere Werkstatt im EG befindet. Buchen sie bei uns 3 Nächte oder länger erhalten sie die Appenzeller Ferienkarte mit 25 attraktiven Gratisangebote, sowie An und Rückreise mit dem ÖV in der Schweiz. Bitte mind. 4 Arbeitstage vorher buchen. Wir freuen uns auf Gäste.

Diese helle und zentrale 3-Zimmer Wohnung (55m2) hat alles, was du benötigst für deinen Aufenthalt. HSG Universität, Olma Hallen, Spital und Autobahn in 700m. Restaurants, Supermärkte, ÖV in 350m. Hervorzuheben sind die zwei Balkone und die ruhige Lage. Ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Touristen oder Studenten die eine private möblierte Wohnung kurz- oder langfristig suchen. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Fühl dich wohl!

Diese im Jahr 2019 kernsanierte Dachwohnung hat trotz der modernen Einrichtung ihren Charme behalten. Sie bietet alles für einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt. Den Bahnhof erreichen Sie in rund 10 Fussminuten, die Bushaltestelle Oberstrass führt sie bequem ins Zentrum der Stadt, zur Uni oder an die Olma. Diese Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Geschäftsreisende, Feriengäste oder für Wochenendausflüge und Kurztrips nach St. Gallen.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Centrally located, sunny Studio.

The studio is centrally located and well connected to public transportation. On three levels, it offers a sunny living area, a sleeping gallery, private bath and kitchenette. It creates the atmosphere of a loft based on the tiny house movement. Please keep always in mind to use the different levels and the connecting ladders always with care and at your own risk.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
