Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Gauencenter, Flumserberg Mittenwald. Wintergäste können den Whirlpool im Gebäude nebenan mitbenutzen. Skipiste / Schlittelbahn sind gleich über die Strasse. Das Hallenbad Flumserberg ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Dorfladen Flumserberg ist 900m entfernt. Das Restaurant Mätz Dine ist zu Fuss in 9 bis 13 Minuten erreichbar.
