Base Camp Cottage - Melrose

Historic stone cottage in the heart of Melrose. Close to all local amenities with spectacular views and direct access to the creek. Main and second bedroom have queen beds. Third bedroom has as a triple bunk (double and single) and a single bunk. Camp style kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge. Basic ‘outhouse’ style bathroom (external), shower over bath, toilet. Outdoor laundry area. 6 person outdoor sauna with view. Additional guests (caravans/ tents) welcome - fees apply contact host

A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just 20 metres from the water’s edge at high tide. Walking distance into Gladstone (1.2km) if you need any groceries. A great base to kick off your Southern Flinders adventure.

- One bedroom cabins located at a working organic vineyard within a few minutes of Jamestown. - Stroll through the vineyard and observe our organic weed control (sheep) in action. - Wander up the hill to see the Trees for Life Australian native plantation and olive grove. While you're there, enjoy the scenic views towards Jamestown and the Hornsdale Wind Farm. - Down near the cabins, you can have a look at the historic farm equipment and wander through the organic vegetable garden.

Flinders Family Getaway

This light and airy cottage is within walking distance to all the town facilities. It's a comfortable place for the whole family. You'll love the walks you can take after dinner and the rumpus room is the perfect place to sit by the Pot Belly Fire and watch a movie. If you're into mountain bikes, Melrose is one of the best attractions in South Australia. If you don't have a bike, you can hire them in town. Spencer Gulf great fishing & crabbing jetty walks.

We are in the Southern Flinders Ranges with National Parks within easy reach. Pt. Germein is an historic Port town with 1.3 km wooden jetty, perfect for fishing and crabbing. The cottage is located in the grounds of St Clement's Anglican Church circa 1863 now a private residence. Only 23 kms from major rural city of Pt. Pirie. Cottage is self contained and would be described as bright and fresh set in an Australian native garden with undercover car parking.

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Beautiful and quaint, 2 bedroom cottage located 15kms from Melrose along the picturesque Survey Road. 17kms to Wirrabara and 300m from the eastern end of the popular Bridle Track.
