The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. Built in 1979, Roby’s Cave offers a peaceful and memorable place to stay. Located on the James River in Amherst County this unique underground, riverfront home on 125 acres of farm land, features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry room. River access for all guests. Frequent wildlife sightings include deer, bear, turkey, beavers and eagles. Come enjoy the river, watching trains pass by and taking in all that nature has to offer.

Heron Hill 49 is a place for people who want to unplug, get away, and appreciate the quiet of country life. It’s an ideal space to relax or to work without distractions. Fiber optic internet is provided; cell service is limited. (We recommend wi-fi calling.) Guests will enjoy walking the property, following Spring Creek, and exploring the remains of an old, hand-built stone dam in the woods. Birdwatchers will find an abundance of species.
