The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. Please message me your extra bed preference and pay me directly with cash or card before you checkout. If your Airbnb reservation includes an extra guest fee, there is no additional charge. Message me your extra bed preference. For the baby, we also have a Joovy Room 2. We are happy to accommodate your family.

The Carriage House is a new addition in 2005 and offers a separte living quarters from the main BNB. Great for families and pet friendly! Unlisted for the last couple of years because of a long term resident! Open ow for short stays.

Please note, this is a basement studio, it has a separate entrance, and is very private, and depending on who is staying upstairs, you made her a little bit of noise! Hope your stay is great!
