Only 5 minutes from Appomattox Historical Park, 25 mins to Lynchburg, and 1 hour from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Guests can relax & enjoy the rocking chairs & porch swing on the covered front porch. The home is stocked with games, books, TV's, wifi & more.

Tudor designed Manor home, now being run as a bed and breakfast style Inn. Located in the downtown area of historic Appomattox Virginia - Walking Distance to downtown Across the street from Liberty Baptist Church and easy access to many historical sites. The Carriage House is a new addition in 2005 and offers a separte living quarters from the main BNB. Great for families and pet friendly! Unlisted for the last couple of years because of a long term resident! Open ow for short stays.

Studio Retreat

Everything is beautiful in this cute and comfortable apartment. A perfect couple’s retreat. Centrally located, it takes only about 15 minutes to get to Lynchburg Virginia (home of Liberty University, Randolph College and Lynchburg University), as well as Appomattox or Rustburg. Please note, this is a basement studio, it has a separate entrance, and is very private, and depending on who is staying upstairs, you made her a little bit of noise! Hope your stay is great!

River access for all guests. Frequent wildlife sightings include deer, bear, turkey, beavers and eagles. Come enjoy the river, watching trains pass by and taking in all that nature has to offer.

Guests will enjoy walking the property, following Spring Creek, and exploring the remains of an old, hand-built stone dam in the woods. Birdwatchers will find an abundance of species.
