We have a back yard for play, and relaxing, fireplace pit, and outside shower that all add to the beauty and relaxation of staying at The Cottage. I love offering information, and getting to know my guests, but take the que from them. It's there holiday, and we just want them to have a wonderful experience overall. Over the last three years, Ed and I have made some wonderful friendships with our guests, but we do not push, we just enjoy people. Stroll a couple of blocks to Sweetberry Farm, and taste wine at nearby Greenvale Vineyards. Discover the many boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of downtown Newport, a 10-minute drive, while Second Beach is within walking distance of here. our driveway is yours to use..plenty of space. Great bike riding and walking available. We are close to Newport, 2nd Beach and Sweetberry farm. You can hear the cows and birds sing, and see the stars at night. Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
