It has a breakfast bar, vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, lovely back deck, outdoor shower, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. The house is located just across the street from Menemsha Hills conservation area, providing hiking trails and access to North Shore beach. Separate parking for guests with privacy, as it sits 200+ feet from the main house.
