The flat, renovated and fully furnished during summer 2012, is situated in a historic building from the early nineteenth century. The apartment, located on the first floor, is equipped with every comfort. The studio consists of a brightness bedroom with a double bed. Eventually there is a single bed ideal for kids. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
