It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

The Yellow Cat Flat is your number 1 North Brisbane suburban stay for 2-3 people. This spacious self contained air conditioned flat boasts a comfortable memory foam king sized bed, deep 3 seater lounge, dining area, new bathroom,small kitchen and private deck. Ferny Hills pool and a large well-maintained public park with play equipment are right across the road. Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
