Set at the rear side of the house in a garden of mature trees on the southern edge of Leongatha in a quiet street opposite farmland , with a wetlands/park nearby is this maisonette style accomodation . The room is light and comfortable, recently renovated , cool in summer and cosy in winter . There are fruit and home made biscuits on arrival , tea&coffee making facilities and microwave and a 'continental' breakfast ( sourdough bread , fruit , cereals , milk , butter , yoghurt) is supplied .

One hour Phillip Island and penguin parade, Motor Cycle Grand Prix, Wilson's Prom and Mornington Peninsula tourist attractions.
