Apartments Ena are in a family house situated on the island of Ciovo, in Mastrinka, near the monastery of St.. Cross. The historic city of Trogir is situated at 3 km distance. The airport is 8 km away and the town of Split is 25 km. The beach is only 60 meters from the house and there are several cafes and bars. A large supermarket is just 50 meters away. The house has its own parking with a large garden. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the backyard there is barbecue with all the equipment. On each floor there is an apartment type 3 +2 and 2 +2 type one. The apartments have one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a terrace. Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
