My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Calm,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Ampelos Estate - 3 bedroom Villa

**Please note that there are also the Stone Room in the same building and a Studio a few meters away from the Villa. All the houses are autonomous and independent but share all outdoor areas.There are separate terraces for each house at a distance from each other, all with wonderful views of the Corinthian Gulf.*** The villa is the main house of the estate surrounded by a garden with many trees and flowers.There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

"Kumquat Villa" Kalamata beach

Lovely cottage house in the shearwater of messinian bay.The Kumquat villa is a 65sq.m house in a 16 acres beachfront farm full of plants and trees of every kind. The beach is only 150 m walking through private path! Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.

Country Stone House with big wood stove restored at 2014. Offers a big private courtyard with stone firewood oven and a barbecue. Check out the cellar where old rural tools and a barrel with the famous local 'agiorgitiko' red wine are kept.
