A large, open modern, one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. The kitchen is complete and part of the living room, which works well for groups, with the counter island, futon sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

Our restored, historic cottage is at the center of our vibrant community. Just two blocks from the Plaza and in close walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the best farmers' market, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a creperie, an excellent independent movie theater, an art store, record and book stores, and within a 10-15 minute walk to Redwood Park and the Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary. This is intentional and disclosed — please book accordingly if you require full thermostat control. Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit
