Welcome to the Rim View Lodge, where comfort and practicality set you up for great adventures! Whether you’re hiking, biking, climbing, rafting or exploring all the amazing wonders of Moab, this townhome will be your basecamp as your home away from home to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that Moab has to offer. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park, you’re close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. For the price of a hotel room, you can spend your time away in a fully furnished townhome that is stocked with everything you may need to feel right at home while enjoying Moab’s Red Rock Country. This unit has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Enjoy BBQing off the back patio with views of the Moab Rim. You can sit and relax on the two patios equipped with tables and chairs, with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab’s beautiful red cliff right outside your backdoor. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment.  We have TWO assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers, jeeps and RZR’s. We have secure bicycle storage and racks at the entrance of the townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Antibacterial gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee or K cup of your choice! HOT TUB & POOL Hot tub will close for the season on Sunday Jan. 3rd, 2022 Hot tub is closed Jan. 3rd - Feb. 17th 2022 HOT TUB Schedule: Feb. 18th - April 7th: ~1pm-9pm. April 8th  -Sunday Oct. 23rd 10am-9pm Oct. 24th - Jan. 2, 2023- 1pm-9pm 2022 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday Aril 8th Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 23rd Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Our townhome combines modern elegance with the comforts of home. Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious combined kitchen/living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a private two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Family and pet friendly condo by Moab golf course

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Base Camp

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

Situated between the Mountains and the Valley, Crazy Woman Cottage has stunning views of the La Sal Mountains as well as Red Rock Vistas. This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. For larger groups book in conjunction with the Crazy Woman Guesthouse. Please note: due to several technical difficulties the small dishwasher has been removed.

Moab Oliver House Suite #1

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
