It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Doug and Becky We offer cabins off of 69 highway in Pleasanton, KS, near 2 lakes! We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. Each cabin is approx 250 Sq ft. Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. Community fire pit and picnic tables available. We have both a coffee maker that uses a filter and grounds, and a Keurig for your K-cups. Bring your favorite coffee! Pet Friendly!

Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Studio Guest House

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Prepare meals and cocktails at the wet bar before settling down in front of the fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the smart TV w/ access to free wifi.
