Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. Piso Pigadi House

Πίσω πηγάδι – Μυλοπόταμος Πρόκειται για μια θολωτή κατασκευή, η οποία βρίσκεται στα σοκάκια του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Πίσω Πηγάδι. Με πολύ μεράκι και αγάπη το ανακαινίσαμε, και το εξοπλίσαμε πλήρως, ώστε οι επισκέπτες να έχουν μια θαυμάσια εμπειρία, καθώς και μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η οικία είναι 70 τ.μ διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ένα μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο, που βρίσκονται η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Διαθέτει εσωτερική σκάλα, η οποία οδηγεί στην ταράτσα, όπου η θέα φτάνει μέχρι την θάλασσα.

Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Mr. Takis' historic home is located on the shoreline of Kapsali, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room area and kitchen. It has a simple and traditional decor, allowing you to experience Kythira the way locals live, while also having the best view on the island. It sits under the Venetian Castle, up the quiet end of Kapsali, offering you the tranquility of the beach, and yet close to the cafes, restaurants and bars.
