The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. Its 10 mins. walking distance from Main Square, Santa Catalina Convent, Cathedral, churches and museums. (Historic Center). It is at the top floor of a building (4 stages) where you will take nice pics of volcanoes and the City. It was a quiet area and you could even hear the river below at night.
