On the verdant road from Argalasti to Xinovrisi, lies the charming settlement of Kallithea. In its picturesque square, a traditional stone house awaits you. With a view of the village square and stone-paved routes, it bustles with sounds and scents of nature. This house can be your refuge as you return from excursions in the broader area or just explore the old water springs scattered around this medieval settlement. It’s a balanced location, very close to the beaches of the Aegean and the Gulf.

Prinos I, Seaside House

The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

The Potter's House

The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. The neighbourhood is quiet although the house is only two minutes from the beautiful village square which is shaded by enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A new playground is available at the village square.

Siki House

Καλώς ήρθατε στο Siki House, μια εκπληκτική κατοικία χτισμένη στην πλαγιά πάνω από το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος που προσφέρει την τέλεια απόδραση για όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία και εκπληκτική θέα. Βγείτε έξω στη μεγάλη βεράντα και εκπλαγείτε από την εκπληκτική θέα ή κατεβείτε για μια βουτιά στα κρυστάλλινα νερά της διπλανής παραλίας.. Μόλις 4 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από τη Συκή και περίπου 12 χιλιόμετρα από την Αργαλαστή ο επισκέπτης έχει όλες τις επιλογές σε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, ΑΤΜ κ.λπ.

Aegean View

Ξεκούραση για όλη την οικογένεια με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό του Νοτίου Πηλίου, την Ξυνόβρυση. Απέχει ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού με τα παραδοσιακά καφέ και τις ταβέρνες κάτω από τα δροσερά πλατάνια. Αποτελεί ιδανικό προορισμό διακοπές καθώς συνδυάζει Αιγαίο (6χλ. Από την παραλία των ποτιστικών) και Παγασητικό (15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τις παραλίες της Παου, Χόρτου, Μηλίνας και Καλάμου).

Πρόκειται για ένα ξεχωριστό στούντιο μονόχωρο με ένα διπλό κρεββάτι και ένα μονό. Στο στούντιο υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και μπάνιο. Mεγάλη αυλή , με τραπεζαρία έξω από το δωμάτιο , ελεύθερο Wi-Fi . Η παραλία που μπορείτε να κάνετε το μπάνιο σας βρίσκεται στα πέντε μέτρα από το δωμάτιο. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε θαυμάσιους περιπάτους και υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Ιδανικό μέρος για ηρεμία και χαλάρωση.

Τα καταλύματα Ντοβας βρίσκονται στο πανέμορφο και γραφικό Χορτο Νοτίου Πηλίου σε μια πολύ βολικη τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα η οποία απέχει μόλις 150μ.Τα δωμάτια είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με κουζίνα και μπάνιο τα οποία παρέχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε.Στον εξωτερικό μας χώρο μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε τη δροσιά και την ηρεμία κάτω από τα καταπράσινα δέντρα!

Traditional stone apartment "Thalassini"

Thalissini is a stone-built studio in the picturesque fishing village of South Pelion. The residence is 50 meters away. from the beach and is suitable for couple or family with one to two children. In Lefokastro you will find the famous fish tavern of "Pappou" for fresh fish and a coffee bar on the beach of the village. The two beaches of Lefkastro (Prinos and Gourna) are sandy with turquoise waters.
