Tarihi dokusu bozulmadan korunan Taş evimizde bulunan tüm eşyalar da tarihsel geçmişi ve hikayesi olan eşyalardır. Üst katta iki yatak odası ve TARAÇASI ile alt katta, şömineli yemek odası ve oturma odası bulunan evimizde rahatlıkla iki aileyi konuk edebiliriz. Ayvalık'ın tarih kokan sokaklarında kendinizi açık hava müzesinde hissedeceksiniz.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.
