Berry Cozy Cottage charming and peaceful.

Our cozy little cottage accommodates four people or a couple. Light & bright. One bathroom/shower only. Kitchenette has microwave, a full sized oven ,refrigerator ,Keruig coffee pot. A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Cottage #1 Sleepy Hollow Near the National Forest

Pet Friendly - Located on 25 wooded acres behind The Barn at Sleepy Hollow Venue. This cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a modest living area, and kitchenette equipped with mini-refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, & coffee maker. Private setting. Rent all 3 and have room for 12-15 guests. Only 5 min. from University of the Ozarks/town Only 10 min. to Ludwig Lake and The Arkansas River Only 20 min. to Historic Oark Cafe & the Mulberry River Only 25 min to Piney Creek. Near hiking!

The Cottage at Acorn

The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite attached to our house, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. There are 2 entrances to The Cottage. Please use the Veterans Memorial Park Entrance. Covered parking and a outdoor covered patio makes a good sitting area. And only 4 miles from Mena!

Secluded Cottage-Hot Tub, private UTV trails

Located on 450 acres in Hatfield, AR on the corner of Meadow Pine Cabins property. The Country Cottage is two bedrooms with queen size beds, and two full baths. It also has a flex room that has a day bed. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to relax. Soak in the hot tub on the back porch. Enjoy the private 4-wheeler trails within a short ATV drive from the cabin. Feel free to bring your own ATV's, or rent a UTV rental from Goat Brown Springs UTV Rentals LLC.

The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you will need from pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, tea, and more. Immerse yourself in Hot Springs' architecture, art, & history as the cottage is just a few miles from downtown shopping, restaurants, Bathhouse Row, Northwoods Trails, and Hot Springs National Park.

The Mountaintop Cottage is a renovated, unique home with stunning views from its decks. Dark skies allow for a quiet end to the day as you enjoy the glowing embers in the fire pit. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis situated in a park like setting. Cozy cottage has an open floor plan with PRIVATE hot tub and privacy fence. Only 4 miles to downtown Eureka Springs. Close to restaurants, local brewery, antiques stores and shopping. Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and stay just minutes away in a more peaceful setting. Buck Ridge Cottage

Buck Ridge Cottage is located just off Highway 65 North, but nestled in the trees of the beautiful Ozarks. This 100 year-old stone cottage will seduce you with charm. The 900 square foot, 2 bedroom home sleeps 2-4 guests comfortably (main BR with king size bed!) , and is ideal for romantic getaway for couples. The front porch equipped with a swing and 2 rocking chairs offers a great view of the wooded area. Opportunities for hikes as well.
