Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Unique Cabin in the Mulberry River Valley

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Sits on 20 fenced acres w/secure gated entry, fire pit & fishing pond that won’t disappoint!

Clearcreek Farm Private Guest Cabin For Two

Private, adults only cabin for two on our gorgeous 72 acre farm in the woods. Our cabin has a full size kitchen and a king size bed. Take a hike through the woods or spend a quiet moment by Clear Creek or just relax on the covered porch and enjoy the wildlife. While the farm is tucked away in the woods, it is centrally located to all the amenities…restaurants, shopping and entertainment with historic downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Casino & Resort being a short scenic drive from the farm.

Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are just next door for quick service and host response. It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

Hang out in the hammock as nature lulls you to sleep. Slip into the relaxing hot tub, a great way to start or end the day!

Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats, no exceptions.
