The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

Home on the Range apartment is on the Magellan Golf Course with gorgeous views of fairways and Lake Balboa Beach and Marina only a mile away. Serene, clean and comfortable, the apartment on the side of our home offers privacy and keyless entry. Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Newly remodeled! The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with private hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper level of the home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children, pets, or fires.

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.
