Doze off to sleep in a pillow-top, king size Sleep Number bed while gazing at the stars and tree tops through the glass gables. Enjoy the deck with gas grill and a complete kitchen fully-stocked with utensils & supplies. Pet Fee: $50 - 1st dog; $25 - each additional. 2 max.

Eureka Yurts & Cabins- Pine View Yurt w/ hot tub

Luxury cedar yurt built in 2019. It's ideal for a peaceful getaway in Eureka Springs. We used locally sourced black walnut throughout the yurt. Nice views through 5 large picture windows from the king-size Purple mattress bed or the double recliner leather couch. The bathroom has a petrified wood sink and a large walk-in shower. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Private hot tub on a large deck to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. Short drive to town.

Livingston Junction caboose 103 Private HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Full Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. The Velvet Rooster, Pampered Peacock and the Cuddly Cow log cabins are also available near this cabin. 1.2 miles to the Frog Bayou for fun water activities on the creek. Approximately 45 minutes to Fayetteville and 20 minutes to Fort Smith. Room for a trailer. Cabin has heat/air, smart tv and a kitchen.

With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! We do have Pyrenees dogs who watch over the farm, they are harmless and just part of the landscape. Firewood for sale, 5$ an arm load!
