Prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen with the family on the sheltered patio, rain or shine. This modern space and its tranquil private garden, is ideal for relaxing in peace. Gather on a leather sofa for movie night or spoil yourself with a luxury spa bath for relaxation or pleasure. A fantastic location. Will exceed all expectations! You will not be disappointed with this property...This unique stylish ground floor apartment with gardens and spa caters for both the business executive and today’s modern family in a contemporary setting. A spacious light filled living room with open plan kitchen and dining adjoin the secluded north facing balcony terrace with sliding glass doors opening to the private garden. A kitchen with island stone bench, stainless steel stove, wall oven and dishwasher provide generous and convenient cooking utility with an adjacent dining setting. Relax on our ultra-comfortable, plush sofa, and enjoy streaming a Netflix movie on our flat screen TV with surround sound. Our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests on luxurious bedding and fresh linen. The master bedroom with ensuite and 2nd bedroom have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has two king single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage for your belongings and hangers for your clothes. The main bathroom has a shower and spa bath. A separate laundry facility with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes rack is adjacent to the powder room. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the tariff. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks are available subject to availability. We provide two sets (2) of apartment keys and one (1) security car park remote. High speed cable internet provided. If you have a large group and require multiple apartments in the same building please advise. Armadale is 7 Km from the melbourne CBD and a prime location for holiday accommodation, executive rentals, renovating, relocating or between house sales. We would welcome you for stays of up to 3 to 6 months. Ask us about our monthly rates and cleaning services. Tram to the city is even closer. If you have a car, we provide undercover cover secure parking free of charge. Easy access to major arterial roads, beaches and airport. The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.
