One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

This unique and original apartment has been lovingly refurbished with passion and care. A perfect blend of new and old, the space offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room is an inviting place to relax after a full day of exploring. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful wooden deck on the south-facing side, perfect for soaking in the sun. As owners, we take great pride in every detail and in providing personal communication with our guests.

Ciasa ai Pini 211

Apartment “Ciasa ai Pini 211” in San Cassiano (St. Kassian) is set on the edge of a lush coniferous forest that climbs towards the Fanes plateau, a part of the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park. The 28 m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed and seating furniture, a well-equipped kitchenette as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe and cable/satellite television.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Stunning 3 storey barn with garden and great view

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.

Our apartments are spacious, in wooden furniture and with all comfort equipped, so you may spend your vacation cozily and relaxed. In each apartment you find a dish washer, tv-sat in the living room and in the bedroom, internet access, bathroom with shower and/or tub. Bedlinen, kitchen laundry and towels are provided at your arrival.
