The Bower @ Kings Cottage

Studio accommodation, on the grounds of Kings Cottage. The Bower offers the traveller an airy, spacious, environment with intimate dining nook, heated bathroom/toilet, comfy sitting room with reverse cycle air-conditioning, complimented by a designer wood fired heater. The modern kitchen, ideal for self-catering. Access from within the garages via a coded keypad doorway for those who seek a secure environment. The Bower provides overflow accommodation for Kings Cottage for larger family groups.

'Elmswood' Bed and Breakfast

Set in the grounds of the historic former Royal Hotel, in the picturesque New England village of Uralla, 'Elmswood' B&B is a perfect escape. Suited for a romantic weekend away, it is also ideal as a short or long stay option for professionals. 'Elmswood' is a short stroll from cafés, restaurants, galleries, boutique shops, a multi-award winning museum, and a popular micro-brewery. "The Valley" Studio Cottage Kentucky

"The Valley" Studio Cottage is a unique well-appointed piece of paradise. The studio is finished with recycled, repurposed, reimagined & salvaged materials It's a place to unwind, enjoy the peace and quiet and gaze at the natural sky colours that Kentucky is drenched in. 17km on sealed rd from the buzzy town of Uralla where you will find a range of good food eateries, entertainment & supermarket. We are dog friendly for non aggressive dogs NO BIGGER than an average size Kelpie. Thank you.

The Hidden Modern Haven

Situated on our small horse & cattle property which is conveniently located near the Guyra Golf Course and the Guyra Bowling Club (who provides a free shuttle bus service) & only 2kms from local Shops, Cafes & Hotels. A perfect relaxing stopover for individuals & couples or short stays whilst visiting Guyra & surrounds. The homestead is also available for families or groups on request.

Kyhillah Cottage

Relax at "Kyhillah Cottage", this charming two-bedroom cottage offers the perfect balance of rural tranquillity and convenient town access only minutes away. The inviting outdoor area features a BBQ and plenty of space to sit back, entertain, or simply soak in the quiet, peaceful surroundings. Inside, the cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well-appointed bathroom, full kitchen, a cosy living area, laundry & convenient free undercover parking.

Loloma House - Ruby Suite

Built in 1882, 'Loloma' is undoubtedly one of Armidale’s finest residences. The luxuriously presented Ruby suite features a high ceiling with two beautiful crystal chandeliers. The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
