Welcome to my beautiful, spacious (120m2), bright, and modern duplex apartment (2 floors) in a characteristic Dutch townhouse. My home is wonderfully located in the charming and lively "Spijkerkwartier" in the center of Arnhem. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance (200 m), and train and bus at 100 m. This is my own home, which I am renting out due to a temporary stay abroad. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home. Welcome and enjoy your stay!

U kijkt uit op de keuken en de algemene ruimte. Uiteraard mag er gebruik worden gemaakt van alle faciliteiten die het appartement te bieden heeft. De volgende ruimtes kunnen gedeeld worden met eventuele andere gasten: -De woonkamer -De keuken -2 Douches -2 Wc's Welkom en geniet!

De woonkamer is voorzien van een ruime hoekbank, tv met Netflixaccount en een eettafel. Aan de woonkamer grenst een riante leefkeuken met een bar. De keuken is uitgerust met alle faciliteiten die u zich maar kunt wensen. Aan de woonkamer grenst een riant balkon op het zuiden.

Flat Klein Waldeck is a well-kept and modern flat for up to 2 persons. It is an independent unit and fully equipped! Therefore ideal if you are looking for a B&B, but without breakfast. The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom. Lovely walking or cycling is among the possibilities. We hope to welcome you soon!
