Beach house meets farmhouse, newly built in 2018, where industrial design blends with earthy materials and the natural landscape around you. The house has three porches and was purposefully built to enjoy the Overberg views in every direction. The house is spacious, private and tranquil while still being only 2 minutes away from the shops in town. Stroll down to “Meelmuis” deli for a coffee and panini. Fantastic sea front property! Relax and enjoy uninterrupted views from the veranda and living area. This one-level family home consists of the following: An open-plan dining and living area with a fireplace (doubles as a braai). A fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and one other bedroom have views over Roman beach. The outdoor barbecue area overlooks Roman beach and is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

The house is owned by artist Sue Gray, and showcases her love for beautiful objects and junk shop finds!
