A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.

Ideally located within a short walk to the jetty with stunning views of the ocean.  A short walk to the shop and Port Victoria Hotel and kiosk. The perfect getaway for two families, Pelican Place comfortably sleeps nine. There is plenty of room to entertain in the open plan living area which opens out onto the outdoors and coastal views. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the fisherman on the jetty and enjoy the sunset.

Welcome to our Boho styled countryside Bnb. It is just over 1km from the CBD and foreshore. Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings. It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley. Sand-boards and boogie boards are also available to use too

If the weather takes a turn you can still enjoy the views with a drink & nibbles from the living room window bar or snuggle up in the bbq area.
