The house is well-stocked with all new appliances and amenities for comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of downtown Stapleton and Park. The Guest House is a camera free home to insure your privacy.....enjoy our recently added structure "The Hen House"... an indoor entertaining/ smoking room..

Modern Farmhouse style home in the heartland!

Remodeled! This Modern Farmhouse style home is a perfect place for a family or friends to stay. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower, a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and a large fenced in backyard. The bedrooms offer sleeping for 4 with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee machine with several options for you to choose from. Full use of the home, fully fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Screaming Eagle Ranch

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination! Come stay in our beautiful, new,“Bunkhouse”. She boasts sleeping accommodations for 8 people, a complete full kitchen, a gas fireplace in the Great Room, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. In addition you may bring your horse and feed to our corral. For an additional $25 you may ride the trails on our back 400. We also have a beautiful swim spa on the premises for your use. We are a little out of town…but worth it!

Noelle's Nest, convenient to I80 and restaurants!

You'll feel right at home in this "Simply Suite" and peaceful private home. This freshly remodeled cottage has all the modern amenities, including a smart lock for self check-in and a Roku TV set up so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. A queen-sized bed and comfy chair adds to its homey feel, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a dine-in meal or a quick breakfast. Outside amenities include offstreet parking and a cozy little dining area among the trees.

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

The River House

Come explore the great outdoors when you stay at the river house and enjoy the quiet as you look over the South Loup River Valley. There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. The fiber optic connection makes it easy to use your smart devices for entertainment or setup a mobile office to work remotely.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This cute house is five minutes from the national forest. There are touches of vintage along with some updates. The back yard is spacious and perfect for your ATV trailer or a camper right off the alley. Also feel free to set up a tent. We provide everything you need to cook at the house, inside or outside. Come stay in comfort for your ATV, river or hunting trip!

Sandhills Retreat

Sandhills get-away right off the main highway and extremely close to town. Halsey National Forest is just a few minutes away and many great Refuge lakes are in the area between Thedford and Valentine. Beautiful views of the sandhills and Middle Loup river going thru the property, with a small catch & release fishing pond on property. Little House on the Prairie

The Little House on the Prairie is nestled in the heart of the Nebraska Sandhills. We are a mere ten minutes from the Calamus River and Calamus Lake (west end) which offers tanking, tubing, boating, and fishing. This is a birders paradise! Bald eagles, prairie chickens, and a plethora of other species to observe will be waiting out your window. Star-gazers will find our night skies free of light pollution. Nature awaits!
