With all modern amenities( including modern plumbing with filtered drinking water from an artisian well) this unique traditional Newfoundland loft with modern touches is all about the location and view. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.
