A quiet, private beach house

This peaceful private beach house allows you to sleep with the sound of the wind and the waves and still access the fun and excitement of Arugam's main street, 7 minutes down the road. A private internet connection, air conditioner, refrigerator, and stove allow guests to have a more independent vacation than they would in a hotel. We highly recommend a nightly sunset walk (@6:15pm) down the relatively deserted beach to the top of Crocodile Rock.

Das Haus wurde von der dänischen Architektin Merete entworfen , als “ Low Energie Haus” , Merete lebte 30 Jahre in Arugambay und hatte schon in den 80er Jahren die Vision von Eco/Low Energie.
