The location is adjacent to the Kennebunk River, and two miles from the Kennebunk beaches, downtown Kennebunk and downtown Kennebunkport. We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

There is a dining table and chairs and a closet. WiFi, TV and AC. The upper deck is a wonderful place to catch some sun and sip a coffee. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.
