West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

This quaint cottage is set in the centre of the Historic Town of Dorking. A fully equipped kitchen, dining space inside or outside. Alternately relax in the Bars, Cafes and Restaurants that Dorking offers. The Cottage has parking, a secure courtyard garden and lockup for Cycles and Pushchairs. 2 minute walk to Meadowbank a park with a playground, good for walking the dog first thing in the morning. Cycle and Hiking routes all close by. Dorking boasts 3 train stations to arrive by or travel on.

Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

Hi! We are a family of five! Lucy, Geoff, Layla (5), Orson (3) and Arto (4 months). Sometimes we go away for a week or so and give others the opportunity to rent out our home. The house has the most amazing, calming energy. The kitchen/ dining room is open plan. There's a hot tub and sauna in the garden, with views over a woodland and a lake. This would be a great space for trialing out living in the beautiful town of Forest Row, within walking distance to the Ashdown Forest.
