Safe, cozy house in great location!

Enjoy a safe, comfortable stay with great views of Mt. Kilimanjaro nearby! The fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on the same property as the host’s home so you can feel safe and be assured your questions will be answered promptly! The house is inside a gated property with guard dogs out at night. Cleaning is available on either Tues or Sat. and laundry for a small fee. We are located within walking distance from several restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to get transport.

Buffalo Villa

A peaceful guest house nestled in a secluded area, designed with natural elements: the floors are smooth stone, cool to the touch, adding to the ambiance, a soft lightning embedded in the ceiling gives the room a warm, golden glow. Located in Moshi Urban area, 7 minutes’ drive to centre town, this unit is located in a homely, cosy, family-friendly, residential environment. 2 minutes’ walk to a 24hours supermarket; 5 minutes’ walk to a nearby fresh food small local market, and it is also a 30 minutes’ walk to the KCMC hospital.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 24hr security, Wi-Fi, fully self contained with tennis court, back-up generator and outdoor dining/BBQ area. On the outskirts of Arusha town and on the way to the game parks of Northern Tanzania, this haven has it all. We are 7kms from Arusha airport and 45kms from KIA. Newly renovated and ready for up to three guests. Our two lovely dogs Kenji and Alfie are friendly and add another layer of security to the 24hr GardaWorld guards.
