Here in the village of Rau, just outside of Moshi, Tanzania, you'll be welcomed home at Mama Simba's. Guests will be treated to Chagga hospitality in one of 7 rooms, each with private bathroom. Four small double rooms have been available there since December 2019. Our hostel is small but fine. We do not want mass tourism and we want to take care of our guests and volunteers individually. Personal guest care is important to us. We operate this hostel to support with the proceeds of our orphanage, which we have here. 100% of the hostel's income goes to the orphanage.
