Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Die Dachwohnung in unserem Haus liegt ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum in Aschaffenburg entfernt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Vom Balkon aus habt ihr einen wunderbaren Blick über unseren Stadtteil Schweinheim und die Ausläufer des Spessarts. Ideal für Radwanderer, Biker da kostenlose Stellplätze direkt im und am Haus. Speziell für Radwanderer stehen abgeschlossene Stellplätze direkt im Haus zur Verfügung. Auch ideal für Messeaussteller.
