Studio is an annex to main house - totally separate, has its own separate entrance, 1 allocated parking space. living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-hob, oven,grill, microwave,breakfast bar, shower room. "The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Hundred Acre Studio, an Ashdown Forest retreat

Hundred Acre Studio is a charming retreat down a private track on the Ashdown Forest. In the heart of Winnie the Pooh country, it is a perfect base for exploring the many pubs, beautiful walks, vineyards, heritage railway, and National Trust properties in the area. Close to the South Downs and the coast, as well as nearby Tunbridge Wells with its historic old town and weekly summer jazz nights. It is the ideal country getaway; private, quiet, and with everything you need for a break.

The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

Orchard Garden Cabin

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cozy comfort of our houseboat, festively decorated in December. A romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Sheffield Park lodge is a special place to stay & has a style all its own. Formerly a game keepers lodge for the house on the Sheffield Park Estate (now a National Trust Garden), the lodge has been lovingly restored. Sitting in 14 acres of meadow and woodland, the lodge shares the driveway to our home while providing privacy. You will be perfectly located to explore the beauty, the heritage and excitement that East Sussex has to offer.

Lovely light 1st floor studio flat. Totally self contained with off road parking. Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.
