The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. We have designed the Villa to be a quiet retreat that offers some unique features, so please familiarize yourself with our Property and House Rules. Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Park-like setting; Rogue River premier property. Use the Octagon Studio to enjoy the luxuries of the property or as a home base for the many amenities in the Rogue Valley. Peaceful Private Retreat on Rogue River Downtown

Sunlit and partially below ground, this space stays cool in the summer while mini-splits and an electric fireplace ensure it's cozy in the winter. Featuring a large, open floor plan with private bedroom and bathroom, it's spacious but intimate. The kitchen and lounge area look out onto the Rogue River and a path leads to the water's edge.

Weisinger Winery Vineyard Cottage

Our vineyard cottage is located at Weisinger Family Winery in Ashland, Oregon. Built c. 1920, our vineyard cottage was the original farmhouse on the property and was recently remodeled in order to encompass the amenities and comforts of home. The hot tub and BBQ on the deck overlook our Pinot Noir vineyard. The property has wonderful views and privacy. A complimentary bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers are awaiting your arrival along with a free tasting in our tasting room.

The Cozy Cabin (with own private hot tub!)

Come relax and unwind in our cozy, peaceful cabin, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Grants Pass. With mountain views, stunning sunsets and a private wooded environment, it’s the perfect place to get away. Relax, read a good book, take a soak in the hot tub located just steps outside the master suite.
