Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Fabulous Studio in Main

Great little studio apartment in the heart of Main Beach. Centrally located so you can park your car and walk to Tedder Avenue, Southport Surf Lifesaving Club, Southport Yacht Club, and Marina Mirage if you wish. Enjoy the beach, the boats, the restaurants and just walking around Main Beach. If you want to go further afield Southport is to the north, and Surfers Paradise to your south. Suitable getaway for one or two people only, but what the place lacks in space it makes up for in character.

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Tamborine - 15 minutes from the Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Mount Tamborine, 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise - you can return back to the cottage to unwind, use the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle! Cottage is located on the same block of our property at the back but quiet and with privacy.

Finn’s Nook - Coastal Luxury by the Beach

Short walk to the tram station and only 2 stops to the convention centre. Fully renovated unit hidden away in a centralised quiet location, 100m from a patrolled beach. Decorated in a coastal, luxe style this unit is positioned on the 3rd floor (walk up- no lift!) of a small apartment complex, it’s a light, bright and contemporary haven bathed in sunshine and sea breezes. There is a pool at the southern end of the building. 1 x allocated secure carpark in the buildings basement.

Gilston Orchard

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.

This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
