This custom built cabin is the perfect quiet getaway!

Relax in our private lower-level riverfront retreat on the Ashtabula River - watch eagles soar, deer cross the river, and herons fish at the falls from the hot tub and observation deck. This clean, comfortable 1,400 sq ft walk-out has 7 beds, full amenities, outdoor fireplace, swings, and Eagle Park with frisbee golf, archery and cornhole. Owners reside upstairs, pets are welcome with no fee. Enjoy access to rock beaches, fishing and walking the river.

This is a must see to appreciate the quiet setting. You will love the view, and the privacy!

Irene's Place is easy to get to!

I have named this house Irene's Place. It is right off I-90 in Kingsville, Ohio. Minutes from the Wineries, The Spire, Lake Erie, Ashtabula and Conneaut Harbor Districts, and Golf Courses. There is plenty of parking for a boat and trailer. The interior is bright and quiet. All rooms are on one floor. I will be available by phone and text and we own the business next door and live just a few miles away.

This completely remodeled turn of the century home perched on a cobblestone street is literally 50 steps from Historic Bridge St. and a hop and skip to Geneva on the Lake, and all local Wineries. Sit on the front porch with a glass of wine and watch the festivities! Walnut Beachand Lakeshore Park. is handy for a stroll, or watch the sunset. Sit on the back deck in the secluded back yard.
