This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck. The space offers a stocked kitchenette for light meals, full bathroom with a shower and a large bedroom/living area with an adjustable queen sized bed, internet, smart TV with HDMI cable. (No cable television).
