The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. L’alloggio si sviluppa sul intero piano della villa, con le due camere da letto,un bagno e un soggiorno con cucina,dalla quale si accede alla terrazza con vista mare verso l’isola dell Asinara! La casa comprende un giardino con bbq ed un parcheggio esterno riservato agli ospiti! La posizione è strategica, in quanto risulta tra il paese di Stintino e la spiaggia della pelosa (1km circa 3minuti dalla casa). Al centro del Nord Sardegna, nella verde Anglona, a circa un'1h e 30 dagli scali di Olbia e Alghero, a 300 m/h e a 8 chilometri dal mare , IL PAESE NELLA ROCCIA > SEDINI. Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Nella parte alta del centro storico, in posizione strategica perfetta, con supermercati, bancomat, botteghe, ristoranti, locali, spiagge e tutti i servizi fondamentali facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Hillary's Loft nasce dalla passione di Ilaria, una giovane Urbanista, che amante dell’architettura decide di fare proprio un piccolo Loft, studiato su due livelli, nel centro storico di Alghero offrendo una vera e propria riproduzione dalla tipica casa Sarda. L’alloggio, sito in uno stabile del 1700, è stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo la caratteristica pietra a vista, il tufo, materiale di costruzione originale che esalta la storicità del luogo.
