Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Aτos Comfort Villa

Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. On the third level there is a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Our loft is situated on the top floor of the charming guest house Cavos Inn, in the picturesque village of Assos just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Designed to provide a seamless blend of comfort and style, featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a living room all in one single space, with beautyfull views from the windows to Myrtos Bay and Assos. Please note no balcony. You may relax any time at the main terrace and enjoy the breathtaking views that unfold before you.

Also, only 1.5 km away from Sami small town and port where someone can find friendly taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe, bars etc.

This two level house is located right on Assos Sea Front. You enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Assos castle. All restaurants in Assos are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors. You can enjoy the views from the spacious balcony on the lower level or relax in the large patio on the top floor with some cocktails at night.
