Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. A very beautiful, bright apartment studio 70 m2. The apartment has two levels. On the first level is a spacious bright hall with high ceilings and double light. In the hall there is a sofa, TV, kitchen, table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is open. (Stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven). Toilet with bathroom together. On the second level there is a large double bed. On the second floor there is a view of the city center.
