The train and the bus stations are only 5' minutes walk from the apartment. In 2' minutes there is a taxi piazza and a supermarket. There is private parking at the entrance of the building where you can use it for free. The space is renovated in 2020 and we use high quality materials in every level. The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

Hello! We are Maria and George! Our house is new, huge and very comfortable. The house offers an incredible view of the Meteroa rocks. The city centre is within walking distance, just 4 minutes away. The train station is quite close to our home so we can pick you up and bring you to our house if you wish. We are pet friendly! Also we have parking space for up to 4 cars. A LIDL supermarket is about half a km from here. Look forward to meeting you!
