Just a 1 mile walk from Sanford Stadium and Downtown Athens, we are ready to accommodate your stay in the Classic City. Stadium Village is a gated community that offers pool access, a gym, laundry facility, and free parking. The unit is on the first floor for easy access. This condo is 2BR/1BA that features 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, bathroom amenities, and 3 smart TVs.

Tucked in a quiet street in Normaltown (one of the most vibrant intown neighborhoods in Athens), our comfortable, private and clean 1BR house has everything you need for a great stay. Our thoughtfully furnished and fully stocked guest house has a complete kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a spacious living room and dining nook, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a chest of drawers and a closet with ample space to unpack all your clothes and feel at home!

Spacious mid-century modern house in Athens, Georgia. Short drive to UGA campus and stadium, downtown, and other treasures Athens has to offer! Perfect spot for families or friends with 3 living areas, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, and ample outdoor space. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement has a bathroom, laundry room, large TV and couch that can be made into a queen bed. We recently installed a sauna for full relaxation.
