Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital. We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away. Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.
